She stands in front of the huge crowd; very timid, shy and slightly shaking.
What I admire about her is that despite her shy nature she stands there ready to do it.
The courageous me and others , just sitting and waiting,
We wait and she opens her mouth and out it comes totally unexpected
Some faces look down in what looks like shame,
Some resist the urge to drop a tear
Some give her an annoying look; like typical pharisees!
I stand there staring blankly
In the few seconds of silence
Strangely, I still admire her
Preplanned or not I know not
But voices boom from all corners of the throng
Singing one sweet song,
She looks all around for a while then joins in the song,
She just sang the wrong song, but ready is she to be corrected,
And through her the whole congregation is connected; a true family
I learn but I still admire her,
amejitolea- she has volunteered
alijitolea- she volunteered
